Indigo Tea - A Tea Shop / Tea House Review
Well, needed some tea. Good tea. Loose leaf tea. I am sure half of you don’t know what the hell it is, but it is tea that doesn’t come in bags. But, since I am a lazy fatass I got mini bags to put it in. Good times.
The service was nice, and they actually let you smell the teas, which is good. (You see, people that know nothing about tea, you always want to smell the tea for flavor and freshness.) And the way they sealed their tea was quite impressive, but it is a common technique. They put it in metal canisters, topped with a metal lid with a knob, and then another metal lid. That is a good job sealing tea. I have not tried my tea yet, as it is green tea, which is caffeniated, so even though I love tea dearly, it would keep me awake. Oh! And you could buy some small food and sit on this Japanese style pillow and table and sample tea. It was neat!
