Ah. “The Office”. A rip off of a movie, wqhich ripped off a British Show. It is pretty good. And Steve Carrel does a great job playing a bumbling idiot. How does that translate to a remake as old as my friend Jimmy’s dad’s jokes? PRETTY NOT SO NICELY KIND OF SORT OF.
This movie suffers from the same thing the even crappier “Johnny English” suffered from. It uses guns and people die. In a spy comedy you DON’T DO THAT. Escpecially, this mocie is completely geared towards everyone, not just adults and note it completely alienates fans of the TV show.
In retrospect, dissapointed. This movie is serious, than funny. And you have Masi Oka from “Heroes” in what could easily be a career killing role. Overall, I cannot recommendf this to people with kids under 14, because people ARE KILLING PEOPLE. Not family friendly.
